Having a regular sleep time, about 7 to 8 hours is recommended by most of the fitness experts. In my opinion, if you can manage to get a sound sleep for even 4 to 5 hours, without any disturbance, is enough to make you get up fully energized.

So, keep your mobile phone on DnD mode like I do. Previously, I used to read books on my Amazon Kindle, but I found out it stresses your eyes. So, nowadays I read a book or a novel while sleeping so that I fall into a deep slumber within few minutes of reading.

Exercise and physical activity are important for overall health and wellbeing. Moreover, a regular routine of exercise improves your heart health and boosts your chances of living longer as well as maintain your stamina and make you feel younger.
